When Proof of Play shut down in August 2026, they released every Pirate Nation model, animation and artwork into the public domain — 45 GB across 154,000 files on GitHub, with no way to see what's inside. This site renders, indexes and preserves all of it: 3,168 game-ready voxel models (median 856 triangles), 983 of them animated, plus all 9,999 Founder's Pirates. Every model page plays its animations live — and 210 characters share one standard rig, so any of them can wear the full 32-clip animation set.
